In 2010 I wrote a blog piece on CHAOS Training (take a look here) and today I’m sharing a paper that looks at the most effective way to develop agility in experienced athletes.

The current term being used is Dynamic Systems Theory (we have Frans Bosch to thank for that one!) – it’s probably just CHAOS training in different clothes!
