September Mentorship – Applications Open

I’m just heading back to Newcastle after spending the weekend with Duncan French at the EXF-Peform Better workshop. We managed to catch up on a bunch of stuff and one of the things we sorted out was the dates for the next Performance Training Mentorship Programme in Newcastle.
