1997 Oversaw the physical preparation of his first athlete, Ciaran Horgan, for completion of the toughest footrace on earth, the Marathon des Sables
1998 Joined Lilleshall Sports Injury and Human Performance Centre, supporting British Gymnasts for the Sydney 2000 Olympics
2001 Began work with England Netball as they prepared for the 2002 Commonwealth Games and 2003 World Championships
2003 Became one of the first strength and conditioning coaches overseeing elite athletes at the English Institute of Sport
Supported multiple medal winners and record holders as they prepared for Olympic, Commonwealth, World and European championships, including GB Wheelchair Basketball and GB Taekwon-Do teams.

2012 Oversaw GB Women’s Basketball team making history in the London 2012 Olympics. They were the most successful team ever for both women and men.

2013 As a key member of the West Bromwich Albion backroom staff, won Football Medical Association Medical and Science Team of the Year 2016/2017
Moved into action sports to work with the Trek Factory and Atherton Racing Race Downhill Teams.
Supported by Nick, Rachel Atherton won her record-breaking sixth Mountain Bike World Cup Downhill overall title and fifth UCI Mountain Bike World Championship title. Later, Gee Atherton delivered his first ever Red Bull Hardline win.
Worked with Championship and Premiership football clubs as well as delivering support to England FA Youth Teams.
Instrumental in the physical development of professional golfer, Garrick Porteous since 2013. In 2019, the journey from amateur champion to professional was rewarded as Garrick successfully qualified for the main European Tour.
