As a basketball player, I've always struggled with severe tendonitis. The only programme that ever helped was Nick's. I've stuck with it ever since. He was always available for advice and his training helped me to achieve what felt like the impossible. Thanks to Nick, I'm pain-free and have consistently performed at a high level ever since.

Institute Of Sport

Nick was the one of the first strength and conditioning coaches to work for the English Institute of Sport. One of his key differentiators is his wealth of experience collaborating with allied health professionals and merging injury rehabilitation and strength and conditioning to get top athletes back to full strength and pre-injury, performance levels.

  • I was lucky to work with Nick during a difficult period in my career with chronic achilles and knee problems. Working with Nick improved my physical performance dramatically and also reduced my levels of pain and discomfort. He made sure I remained virtually ever present for training and games for the majority of the season. He is exceptional in his field.

    Steven Reid
Former professional premiership, footballer, capped 23 times for the Republic of Ireland.

  • Nick is the master of blending the art and science of coaching to get outstanding results. He's good humoured, honest and straight talking. If you want someone who will work tirelessly in the shadows to do whatever needs to be done to achieve your goals he is the only choice.

    Richard Nugent
Managing Director and Founder of TwentyOne Leadership.

  • Nick has a fantastic ability to take stories and lessons learnt from the sports field and make them relevant, worthwhile and motivating for a corporate audience. Take home points from his webinar on resilience, adaptability and agility (particularly at a time when the nation as a whole was embracing a new way of working) were entertaining, actionable and thought provoking for the whole team.

    Andrew Wilson
    Head of Wholesale, CityFibre.
