I've been stuck in the house today after having my knee drained and then injected with steroids (long story). The enforced layoff has given me some time to catch up on a bunch of stuff and I've just watched a great video series from Keir Wenham-Flatt.
Keir is annoyingly young and works as the S&C coach for the Wasps Academy. His lecture looks at how he approaches physical preparation for his rugby players but I think there's a lot to be taken from the lecture, regardless of the sport you work with.
I don't agree with everything Keir has to say but there's a bunch of really useful information that's well worth a look at.
