Another quick thought for today. It is very easy to jump from one training method to another, one week you are the kettlebells guy, the next week you are the bands and chains guy and then the week after that you are the jazz hands cardio funk guy! (OK, I'm getting a bit carried away with that one).
This quote sums up for me what is really important as a coach.

There is nothing wrong with using a variety of training METHOD's, we need different tools in our toolbox, but regardless of the training METHOD, we should stick to our training PRINCIPLES that from the foundation of everything we do as coaches.
