Accessing information is easier than ever, but it doesn't matter how trustworthy the source is. Please do your due diligence, double-check the science, speak to experts in that field, substantiate bold claims before implementing them with the athletes you work with. Responsible performance practitioners verify what they are being told before believing it to be a fact.
